Miss Hawaii will be crowned Saturday night. On Friday all 30 contestants, reigning queen Nicole Fox and Ray Abregano the pageant’s director will be in studio.( Miss Hawaii 2009) Thirty contestants from around the state compete for the coveted title of Miss Hawaii and the opportunity to represent Hawaii at Miss America in January 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Over $500,000 in scholarship awards and prizes will be made available. Miss Hawaii 2009 will be televised LIVE from the Hawaii Convention Center via OC16 at 8:00 p.m., June 27.
