Veena Malik Pakistani Actress, Karachi Pakisatn, Cricketer Muhammad Asif and actress Veena Malik entered wedlock in London recently.Mohammad Asif became the latest cricketer to fall for a TV celebrity after the Pakistani pacer tied the knot with TV personality Veena Malik in London.The marriage took place on May 28 in London with the couple quietly slipping out of Islamabad, the ‘Jang’ newspaper reported today.
Quoting the reliable sources, the report said that Asif has assured Veena to announce the marriage publicly once his cricket career is back on track and he is selected in the Pakistan team for the forthcoming Champions Trophy in South Africa. Asif is presently serving a 12-month ban for failing a dope test in the inaugural edition of the Indian Premier League last year.
He was also fined Rs one million by the Pakistan Cricket Board for possessing opium that landed him in 19 days of detention in Dubai airport.
